In early 2020, the ISACA® Awards Working Group, made up of 10 volunteers from around the world, was charged with reviewing the current ISACA Awards portfolio and identifying ways to enhance the program. After 6 months of discussions with ISACA leadership and the ISACA Board of Directors, there are exciting new updates to the ISACA Awards Program.

The Global Achievement Awards, ISACA’s highest category of awards, have been repositioned to be industry-focused and global in nature and now recognize impactful organizations in addition to distinguished individuals. The previous awards have been retired and, in their place, ISACA is launching a Hall of Fame to recognize members and volunteers whose exemplary dedication has advanced ISACA’s purpose around the world. The Chapter Awards portfolio remains largely the same recognizing outstanding volunteer chapter leaders, innovative local programs and extraordinary chapters providing superior member experiences. However, the evaluation process has been refined to allow more opportunities for chapters to be recognized.

The 2021 Global Achievement, Hall of Fame and Certification Exam Top Score recipients will be honored at a new ISACA Awards Ceremony in 2021. Chapter Award recipients will be recognized in front of their peers at the Global Leadership Summit.

The enhancements to the awards portfolio and presentations create new opportunities for ISACA members, members of ISACA’s professional community and its organizational partners. However, the nomination process still relies on this community of peers to nominate and evaluate the submissions. Join the effort today and nominate an outstanding colleague, volunteer, organization or ISACA Chapter for the 2021 ISACA Awards by 30 September 2020. Select a nominee for any of the following awards:
